2. When you try to open a webcast to listen, do you see a yellow bar at the top of the screen? If so, click on it and choose to "Install ActiveX control". You may need to restart (open and close) your browser, but you'll only have to do this once.

3. If you're sure that you already have Windows Media Player, and no yellow bar is showing up in your browser window, try downloading the latest WM9 codecs.

Technical Support

Great News!

Technical support functionality is now an integrated part of your existing account, no matter what Meridix service you are using.

We also now offer a remote support utility, which allows the Meridix Support team to take control of your desktop and resolve problems instantly!

Simply login to your existing Everyday, LiveID, GAFlightStatus, or Everywhere account and follow the "Support" links to get technical support.  Or, contact your assigned Meridix representative for additional assistance.

Users can also try sending an email to support@meridixcreative.com for inquiries which may not be covered by the above methods. Unlike the official support systems above, support via this open email address is first-come first-served, so please do not expect an immediate response.

REPORT A BUG

Though all of our software and our entire network undergoes rigorous testing before it is released, sometimes the best testing is real-world use.  You can make the next version of the Meridix Broadcast Producer or Meridix Everywhere System even better by submitting a bug report.  If you ever experience unusual difficulties with the software or website (such as error messages, shutdowns, failures, or even incorrect labels or even misspellings) submit them to us so that we can fix the problem right away. Please note, this is not a technical support form, but instead a way for our development staff to keep in contact with users.
